Welcome to SW VIP! SW VIP is a rewards plan for our customers. Once you've joined our program, you can upgrade and earn rewards with every purchase you make. By becoming a member, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

VIP level is based on the total spent amount of your account during the past 365 days. (Total spent amount means the actual money that you paid.)

Once the total spent amount meets the upgrade requirement, your level will upgrade immediately.

Members can check spent amount details in My Orders page.

New Level keeps 90 days from the date the SW VIP member qualifies (excluding VIP0 & VIP1). When expired, it will be redefined according to the total spent amount in the past 365 days from expiry date. Once you achieve VIP1, you will earn a life-long status.

Please note: if you haven't place any order within 90 days, your VIP Level may return to a lower level after recalculating the total spent amount, and if you haven't place any order within 365 days, the VIP level will return to VIP1 cause the tier level is based on the amount of eligible spending within the 365 day period.

VIP Customer Service

All members can contact our customer service staff to obtain services including but not limited to assistance in product selection, store opening, product recommendation, etc.

$10 Shipping Coupon

VIP1 and above, members are rewarded with shipping coupon monthly to save money on shipping fee. The higher the VIP level, the more shipping coupon can get monthly, and this coupon can be used with other normal coupons and promotions.

Please note: shipping coupon can only be used within the current month that issued, it will be invalid next month. For example: you got 2pcs shipping coupon on June 20th, you can only use them in June, if not, these coupons will expire. If there are continuous upgraded within a month, we will make up for the number of shipping coupons of the highest VIP level.

Shipping coupon only can be used when total goods price over $119.

VIP Discount

VIP2 and above, members are rewarded VIP exclusive discount (Invalid with other discounts and promotions). The higher the VIP level, the bigger the discount you can enjoy. The VIP discount will be issued in the form of long-term coupon, you can check it in your coupon center, and the discount of this long-term coupon will change with the VIP level.

When meets the using conditions of shipping coupon, VIP discount can be used with shipping coupon.
